Accounts and conduct
You are responsible for protecting your login details and for activity performed through your account. Do not exploit bugs, automate gameplay, harass other players, impersonate staff, or interfere with the service. Staff may restrict accounts that threaten the game, its economy, or its community.
Virtual items
Accounts, items, points, ranks, and other in-game benefits are virtual access features. They do not represent cash, investments, or ownership in Ascenda and may be adjusted when necessary for balancing, security, or service continuity.
Store purchases
Always enter the exact in-game username that should receive a purchase. Paid orders become claimable after the payment provider confirms them. If an order does not appear, keep the receipt and contact staff through the official Discord before opening a dispute.
Refunds and chargebacks
Because digital benefits can be delivered immediately, purchases are normally final once fulfilled, except where consumer law requires otherwise. Fraudulent payments or chargebacks may result in removal of benefits and account restrictions.
Availability
Ascenda may be updated, restarted, rebalanced, or temporarily unavailable. Reasonable care is taken to protect player progress, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
Third-party services
The site uses third-party services for payment, voting, community chat, and web infrastructure. Their own terms and privacy practices also apply when you use them.
Contact
For account, purchase, or rules questions, contact the team through the official Ascenda Discord.
